Integrity Restrooms provides portable restroom rental and related sanitation services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees. We accept various payment methods and reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure adequate access to the delivery location. You are responsible for the proper use of equipment and must report any damage or issues promptly. Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Integrity Restrooms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services. Customers are responsible for damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery to avoid charges. Emergency cancellations may be subject to fees.
